Experience  Healing with Sound using ancient Medical Qigong techniques. This training will focus on using the voice to create healing sounds to promote health, prevent disease and improve your Quality of Life.  You will be guided with both audio/video recordings and live Zoom sound coaching  sessions with Arlene.
